What is Marox?
Marox is a cargo service that delivers your shopping from overseas stores to Baku and sends parcels worldwide. Parcels arriving at our warehouses in Türkiye, the USA, China, Russia and the UAE are brought to Baku.
How do I fill in the address at the store?
Put your customer code next to your name in the name field, and fill in the other fields exactly as the warehouse address in your account. Without the code it is hard to identify whose parcel it is.
Do I need to declare my parcel?
Yes. Parcels coming to Azerbaijan must be declared to customs, via the State Customs Committee “Smart Customs” app — our team can guide you if you need help.
When will my parcel arrive?
It depends on the country — estimated times are on the Tariffs page. Customs and holidays can affect timing.
How do I track my parcel?
Enter a Marox code or the carrier code from the store on the Tracking page. CDEK and more than 3,500 carriers are supported.
